At Daz Furniture we understand that sometimes our customers may not be 100% happy with their purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to assist you with an exchange or store credit within 10 days of the delivery of your furniture.
Please take note that all products must be in their original condition, not used or installed, and be returned with all of its original packaging materials. The customer is responsible for the repacking of the products.
A 25% restocking fee applies to all returns. Also, be aware that some items are considered by our vendors to be special orders and certain products are not returnable. In the event that it is not returnable, we can do an exchange instead.

.The following products cannot be returned:
- Items marked as "Sell as is" or clearance floor models in our showroom.
- Assembled and/or modified items without the original packaging.
- Mattresses after the factory authorized trial period.
- Custom or special order items that we have ordered specifically for you.
- Opened bedding materials
Please note that due to lighting when shooting pictures, some colors maybe slightly differ from what the photograph looks like on the website or our in-store magazines. Also, be sure to review the dimensions and colors with our sales representative before placing your order. This will help ensure that you are getting the exact product that you want.
