Return Policy: We understand that things go wrong and sometimes we can't control what happens. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to assist you with a return or exchange within 10 days of receiving your furniture products. Please view our

Cancellation Policy: Sometimes you leave the store and change your mind, or figure out the piece of furniture you bought won't fit properly into your home. If you contact us within 48 hours and prior to shipment, your credit card payment can typically be reversed without having to pay a restocking fee or any penalties. Please view our

Delivery Damages: Although rare, sometimes delivery damages happen. If you follow our damage policy, we will be able to assist you as quickly as possible in order to remedy the situation. More information is on our

Limited Warranty Policy: Daz Furniture offers a one-year warranty on our merchandise that includes manufacturer defects, delivery damage, and damage under normal residential usage. Please view our
warranty page for further details.
Daz Furniture warrants the original purchaser. All merchandise sold shall be free from manufacturer defects and workmanship under conditions of normal residential usage for a period of one year from date of purchase. At the sole discretion of Daz Furniture, we will either do a home repair, repair in our shop, or return the product to the manufacturer. No repairs, exchanges, or returns will be authorized without proper notification and inspection or without digital images of the damages being sent to us.
