Our customers always have the right to change their minds. If you contact us prior to shipment, your credit card payment can usually be reversed with no restocking fee or penalties.
All of our orders are generally processed within a 48-hour period. A restocking fee of 25% may apply after this time frame. Fees will also be assessed for the freight cost to and from the vendor. We start the processing period the same day you place your order.
Most of our furniture is not readily available in our showroom or warehouse and needs to be ordered. Daz Furniture and the customer become responsible and obligated to purchase and pay for ordered furniture once an order has been shipped.
We want to remain the most flexible Chicago furniture store and will attempt to help aid you in the cancellation of your order. Daz Furniture will contact our vendor and make all the necessary arrangements.
Unfortunately, sometimes we are not able to cancel your order once it has been prepared for shipment or is actually already being shipped by our vendor. This is when cancellation and restocking fees will apply. If you want to cancel after the 48-hour period and we inform you that we can not cancel, please refer to our return policy
