Our Warranty

Daz Furniture warrants all of our products to come to you free of damage or manufacturer defects. Although occasional defect and delivery damages may occur, we ensure that we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Please note to take pictures of all delivery damages and email them to service@dazfurniture.com, also, note damages on the delivery receipt for driver. This will ensure that the problem is taken care of efficiently and in a timely manner. Please view our webpage on delivery damages for further knowledge regarding the damages.

Our Limited Warranty

Daz Furniture warrants the original purchaser that all merchandise sold shall be free from manufacturer defects and workmanship under conditions of normal residential usage for a period of one year from the date of purchase. At the sole discretion of Daz Furniture, we will do a home repair, repair in our shop, or return the product to the manufacturer. No repairs, exchanges, or returns will be authorized without proper notification and inspection or without digital images of the damages being sent to us.

Limited Warranties are non-transferable. Daz Furniture store will pay within one year from date of purchase, reasonable labor rates to repair or replace defective parts at no charge to the original purchaser. All packing, shipping, transportation costs from the customer to Daz Furniture (or any local service center) will be the sole responsibility of the customer. After one year from the date of purchase, the limited warranty covers only replacement parts provided if the manufacturer makes them and covers them under a longer than one year warranty. The original purchaser will be responsible after one year for repair labor costs.

Frames
5 Year Limited Warranty
A 5 Year Limited Warranty applies to all frames used in sofas, loveseats, living room chairs, ottomans, and sectionals. Daz Furniture warrants these components to you, to be free from material manufacturing defects. Some brands have lifetime limited warranty.

Springs
5 Year Limited Warranty
The metal spring systems are sinuous, wire seat springs, and, where applicable, back springs, and are secured by heavy gauge tie wires clipped at all intersections. Some models are built with individual pocketed coils.

Recliner Mechanism
5 Year Limited Warranty
Daz Furniture warrants to you all mechanisms used in recliners for 5 years from the date of purchase, to be free from material manufacturing defects. Some manufacturer has shorter or longer warranty period.

Sleeper Mechanism
1 Year Limited Warranty
Daz Furniture warrants to you all mechanisms used in sleepers for one year from the date of purchase, to be free from material manufacturing defects.

Cushioning
1 Year Limited Warranty
All seat cushion cores will soften with normal use and will conform to the shape of the customer. This shall be considered normal wear, and shall not be considered a loss of resiliency or a material manufacturing defect.

Leather
1 Year Limited Warranty
Daz Furniture warrants to you for a period of one year from the date of purchase, all leather to be free from defects in materials and workmanship, seam slippage, cracking, and dye transfers. Leather is a natural product, and, as such, each hide will reflect its own individuality. Some variations of shade and tone are to be expected as are the nicks, scratches, and wrinkles that only occur in genuine leather; these characteristics are in no way to be considered a defect.

Fabric
1 Year Limited Warranty
Daz Furniture warrants to you for a period of one year from the date of purchase, all upholstered fabrics against seam slippage and fraying. This warranty does not cover tears, flattening of nap, pilling, fading, or shrinking.

Finishes
1 Year Limited Warranty
All finishes and other parts, including dining tables, chairs, occasional tables, beds, dressers, office desks, curio, china cabinets, hutch/buffets, and entertainment centers are warranted by Daz Furniture to you for one year from the date of purchase, to be free from material manufacturing defects.

All Products

Limited Warranties provide coverage to the original purchaser of the product and does not apply to rented, business, commercial, institutional, or any other non-residential usage. All warranties cover only normal residential usage. no warranty applies to damages incurred from misuse, abuse, or your own moving of the product. Warranty is void if furniture has been moved from original delivery address.

Warranty Exclusions

Not by limitations, the Limited Warranty does not apply to the following:

Wear of upholstery fabric or leather

Fading incurred from exposure to sunlight

Merchandise used commercially

Seat Cushions or pillows that are softened or wrinkled from normal use

Natural variations in wood color, grains, wood knots or distress marks

Natural color variations in marble, granite or slate tops

Damage resulting from in proper care, accident negligence or abuse

Floor samples, clearance items and items sold 'as is'

Piling, shrinking, tearing or wrinkling of fabrics

Water damages on wood table tops

Damage from incorrect cleaning agents

Mattresses with sinking of 2 inches or less

Claim Procedure

In the event that any warranty issues occur, please contact the Daz Furniture customer service at service@dazfurniture.com or call Daz Furniture at (847) 996-0800. Please have your original sales receipt and item number available to remedy the warranty issue. Please make sure your warranty claim is accompanied with the necessary information to satisfy warranty requirements. If the issue can easily be repaired, Daz Furniture will authorize to make those repairs. Daz Furniture reserves the right to request defective parts be returned to our store or nearest service center. Daz Furniture will assist you the best we can with your warranty claim issues that meet warranty requirements.

Daz Furniture is not responsible for scheduling or the cost of transporting from your home to the store or local service center or from the store to your home. You must make these arrangements with the store. If you have moved and need service, contact Daz Furniture in writing.

Disclaimer

Daz Furniture offers extended warranties, including but not limited to fabric protection plan through a third-party. Daz Furniture shall not be liable under additional warranties offered by any third-party.

In no event will Daz Furniture be responsible for consequential or incidental damages, such as loss of use, inconvenience, loss or damage to personal property, whether indirect, direct and whether arising in contract or tort. In no event shall Daz Furniture's responsibility exceed the purchase price of the product or its replacement.
